Before entering the water, visitors must check in at the basecamp to receive mandatory safety gear and a briefing. This area serves as the central hub for storing dry clothes and preparing for the river.
After completing the 45 to 60-minute tubing journey, you return here to use the basic shower and changing rooms.

This is where visitors receive their mandatory life jackets, safety helmets, and rubber tubes. Local guides provide safety instructions here before you take a quick shuttle to the cave entrance. Leave your dry clothes and non-waterproof items in the secure lockers available on site.

Basic shower and changing rooms are available for washing up after you finish tubing. These are simple facilities designed to rinse off river water. You need to bring your own soap, shampoo, and towel, as operators usually do not provide them.
